Botox® & Xeomin®
Our regular wrinkle-relaxer options are Botox Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA) and Xeomin (incobotulinumtoxinA). These prescription medicines temporarily reduce activity in selected muscles. They are different from filler and from superficial micro-Botox: the goal here is softening muscle-driven expression lines without adding volume.
Who it may suit
A treatment for your concern.
Not everyone’s concern.
Adults bothered by frown lines, forehead lines or crow’s feet, subject to the chosen product’s approved uses and an assessment. Doses and product choice are individualized.
Where it may be used
Product-appropriate facial lines. Masseter slimming and other uses may be off-label and need separate discussion.

Understand the treatment
What happens
beneath the surface?
Botox and Xeomin reduce nerve signaling to selected injected muscles. Their formulations differ; the clinician chooses and doses the actual product rather than assuming units are interchangeable. The illustration shows a concept, not injection landmarks or a dosing map. This page covers regular wrinkle-relaxer treatment, not DermaShine Pro superficial microinjections.

Honest expectations
What it cannot promise.
It does not fill hollows or remove all static wrinkles. A frozen look, exact symmetry or a specific duration cannot be guaranteed.
Common questions
Before you book.
Are Botox and Xeomin the same?
No. Botox Cosmetic contains onabotulinumtoxinA; Xeomin contains incobotulinumtoxinA. Product-specific labeling and dosing apply.
How is regular Botox/Xeomin different from micro-Botox?
Regular treatment targets selected muscles for expression lines. Micro-Botox refers to superficial skin injections aimed at different skin-quality goals and is an off-label approach requiring a separate assessment.
Do I also need filler?
Only if a separate volume or structural concern warrants it. Toxin and filler are not automatically paired.
Is there member pricing?
The Nova Platinum membership lists Xeomin at $10 per unit, including the stated friends-and-family benefit. Confirm membership eligibility and terms with the clinic. Botox pricing remains by consultation.
